I hope this finds you all well and having enjoyed your holiday season. I thought this would be a nice time to re-introduce you all to Zero Balancing (ZB) which is one of my greatest passions.
ZB is the first body work technique which focuses on the relationship of. energy and structure - this meaning our energy system and skeletal system.
The primary focus during ZB is the skeletal system, the spine and its movements, joint play, ligament balance and on specific involuntary joints that conduct energy through the body.
During a ZB treatment fulcrums are applied to points of tension found within the areas outlined above. A fulcrum is gentle pressure, torsion, traction or a combination of all three used by the practitioner on the areas neccesary. This gives a clear point of balance where change and re-organisation can occur within the body.
ZB is a whole body system and works this way because although one area might be presenting with discomfort, it could be inbalance in seperate point of the body which is causing compensation at the area of discomfort.
The touch of ZB feels good and is a potent way to help restore the body's natural flow of energy which leaves you feeling relaxed, renewed and rebalanced. It is certainly best experienced rather than described.
