Last week marked the end of our Free ZB Week. We wanted to get out into the community and give as many people as possible the chance to experience this wonderful body therapy.
I really enjoyed helping people who might not have otherwise had the chance to get the relief they needed. I saw lots of familiar and new faces who all really enjoyed their first ZB sessions.
For anyone who has not heard of ZB and would like to know more, I have outlined, in brief, below a little bit about how it works and what it can do for you.
ZB is first of all a non-invasive body therapy that seeks to relieve tension held within the bones and joints of the body. ZB was founded by Dr Fritz Smith who is a doctor, osteopath and acupuncturist. With his knowledge he created a system where gentle pressure and/or traction can be applied to areas of tension or pain to cause the body to let go of what is currently held. ZB can help relieve: back and joint pain and discomfort from injuries. It can also induce feelings of freedom and accomplishment and help the body to find balance both physically and emotionally.
